"This children's book is definitely very informative. It is geared more toward early elementary, as opposed to preschool. Some kindergartners will absorb some of the information as well. I think the real pictures of children will appeal to readers..." Read the complete review here.

"This was a nice children’s book. I loved that it told of their day at the beach, and the pictures are wonderful. It was so neat to have real, scientific facts in little bubbles on the pages. It was a fun, educational story." Full review here

"...I loved reading the book. It was a quick read. I chose the book to read to the kids. Love any children's book, which is interesting, but not too long to lose attention. The book touches different aspects of science. Great to incorporate into a homeschool curriculum. Loved reading the book." You can read the full review of the book here

This is a great book that really explains everything from ROY G BIV and the rainbow to wavelengths. I even learned something from this book...I am giving this book a 5/5. I was given a copy to review, however all opinions are my own! My sister homeschools and she had me print out a copy for her library! Complete review here

Shabana visited Canadian International School in Singapore and met over 100 students from Grade 2. She talked about her book and was pleased to see the interest kids' showed in the topic. It was also amazing to see how much kids are already aware of things, and their capacity for endless questions.

"Have you ever wondered why the sky is blue? We certainly have. Shabana Muhajir offers a comprehendible, easy to understand answer in her non fiction book geared toward kids, “Why is the sky blue?” It’s an excellent read for all kids who are curious about these kinds of things, and even for those less curious (no time like the present to make them curious!)"
